s:The development of border trade has been going on for a long time.In recent years,customs and other relevant departments have severely cracked down on import activities that use border trade as a form of smuggling.Some port trade has temporarily stagnated,and the economic development of border areas has fallen into a judicial dilemma of crime and non-crime,as well as a policy dilemma of change and unchanging due to the reality and potential legal risks of border trade.Under the initiative of"the Belt and Road",in order to promote the revitalization of border trade,it is urgent to further clarify the boundaries between policies and laws,improve judicial interpretations related to smuggling crimes,and fill loopholes in border trade policies;Taking the border as the root and the border people as the foundation,we need to guide the implementation of the processing industry,actively promote the compliance development of enterprises,and break through the new situation of the development of border people's mutual trade in the Internet age.
