摘要
近年来,元宇宙链游犯罪在黑灰产业领域高发、频发,给我国金融秩序的安全与稳定带来了新风险,主要包括洗钱风险、传销风险、非法集资风险、赌博类风险等.从司法实践出发,元宇宙链游犯罪的侦查难点主要包括四个方面,分别为犯罪发现难、证据查控难、资金追溯难、侦查协作难.为有效打击该类犯罪,公安机关应建立链游犯罪预警算法模型、规范取证模式、运用图计算模型追溯资金流向、完善协作机制,提升打击元宇宙链游犯罪的应对能力.
Abstract
In recent years,metaverse chain game crimes have been prevalent and frequent in the black and gray industry,bringing new risks to the security and stability of China's financial order,mainly including money laundering risks,pyramid schemes risks,illegal fundraising risks,gambling risks,etc.Starting from judicial practice,the investigation difficulties of metaverse chain game crimes mainly include four aspects,namely difficulty in crime discovery,difficulty in evidence investigation and control,difficulty in fund tracing,and difficulty in investigation cooperation.To effectively combat such crimes,public security organs should establish a chain game crime warning algorithm model,standardize evidence collection models,use graph calculation models to trace the flow of funds,improve cooperation mechanisms,and enhance the response ability to combat metaverse chain game crimes.
