Under the background of the"Belt and Road"construction,the China-Europe Express(Chengdu-Chongqing)has developed rapidly,creating a new mode of international express operation with close cooperation among many countries.However,since 2022,due to the influence of the geopolitical situation of countries along the route,the transportation and operation volume of China Europe freight trains(Chengdu Chongqing)have decreased,and cases of goods theft have occurred frequently,posing an increasing risk of terrorist attacks.At present,the police cooperation model of the countries along the route is not mature,resulting in the lack of resilience of the China-Europe Railway(Chengdu-Chongqing),and the ability to resist risks is weak.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out risk assessment on the China-Europe Railway(Chengdu-Chongqing)from the perspective of resilience theory,scientifically plan the railway transport routes,and build a risk response mechanism.On the one hand,it is necessary to implement the primary responsibility of local public security to ensure the safety of domestic transportation of trains;on the other hand,we need to promote the formulation of international train laws and regulations,improve the international law enforcement cooperation model,and strengthen China's overseas security capabilities.
