ChatGPT,as a natural language processing model,can generate anthropomorphic text content according to users'needs,and has been widely applied in the field of new media.However,in the process of public use,ChatGPT has also been found to have such issues as false information,bias,and discrimination.From the public opinion dissemination of the case of Hu Xinyu's disappearance,it can be seen that since its occurrence,the popularity of the case has continued to increase,and rumors have been rampant.Once users employ ChatGPT to create and disseminate mixed information,it will bring intermittent and explosive misleading public opinion issues to the case.Therefore,it is urgent to establish a comprehensive governance framework that integrates public opinion control,public opinion countermeasures,and legal constraints,in order to promote the healthy development of the field of online public opinion.
