摘要
网络舆情因其影响广、扩散快、破坏强的特点,逐渐成为社会舆情治理中的重要一环.由于主体的特殊性、牵涉利益的普遍性,涉警网络舆情更容易引起网民非理性的讨论,从而对警察形象、政府威望、社会秩序等造成负面影响.社会燃烧理论作为社会学领域的重要研究成果,通常用来描述无序、混乱、失衡的社会现象,从本质上与涉警网络舆情高度吻合,因此以社会燃烧理论为基础对涉警网络舆情进行类比研究,从可燃物、助燃物、点火温度三个角度分析涉警网络舆情的演化逻辑,便于公安机关理解其产生、发展的规律,从而"对症下药".
Abstract
Network public opinion has gradually become an important part of social public opinion governance owing to its characteristics of wide impact,fast spread,and strong destruction.Due to the particularity of the subject and the universality of the interests involved,police-related online public opinion is more likely to cause irrational discussions among netizens,which can have a negative impact on police image,government prestige,social order,and so on.The social combustion theory,as an important research achievement in the field of sociology,is usually used to describe disorderly,chaotic,and imbalanced social phenomena,which is highly consistent with police network public opinion in essence.Therefore,based on the social combustion theory,an analogical study of police network public opinion is conducted,analyzing the evolutionary logic of police network public opinion from the perspectives of combustible materials,combustibles,and ignition temperature.This facilitates the public security organs to understand the laws of its generation and development,and thus"prescribe the appropriate remedies".
