The Renewal Strategy for Children's Outdoor Activity Space in the Community Based on Kano Model
In order to promote the child-friendly urban development,this paper selects the Chencun Road Community in Hefei as the research object and constructs a system of indicators affecting the demand for outdoor activity space for children in the community based on their outdoor activity needs.Using the Kano model and a questionnaire survey,the paper deals with four dimensions of safety,accessibility,comfort and diversity(comprising 16 factors),the classification of demand attributes,and the research data so as to clarify the priority sequence of each factor in terms of satisfaction with the outdoor space for children in the community.The study shows that Chencun Road Community should meet the needs of adequacy of monitoring facilities and recognition of indication facilities,improve road safety and richness of children's facilities,and pursue three needs such as adequacy of barrier-free design and richness of space colors.The aim is to study the strategy for children's outdoor activity space in the community and provide a reference and basis for the improvement of child-friendly community outdoor spaces at the micro level.
