系统论视角下高校基于大学生"五育"并举目标构建多元协同育人机制的路径

德智体美劳"五育"并举的人才培养新要求为"全面建设社会主义现代化国家"的新时代人才培养明确了方向.高等院校要坚持辩证唯物主义方法论和唯物史观,运用系统观念的立场、观点和方法,深刻理解、准确把握新时代教育方针中"五育"并举人才培养新要求的价值意蕴;要从"五育"各教育单元之间内在关联性和"五育"整体性出发,充分认识"五育"并举在教育实践中存在的不足、不充分和客观矛盾;以"一个评价""两个打破""三全育人""四全覆盖""五位联动""六方携手"为支撑点,着力构建多元协同的育人机制.
On the Path of Constructing a Diversified Collaborative Education Mechanism in Colleges and Universities for the Goal of "Five Educations" from the Perspective of System Theory
The new requirements for talent cultivation that emphasize the"Five Educations"of morality,intelligence,physical education,aesthetics,and labor lay out a clear direction of cultivating talents for the new era of"building a socialist modern country in all respects."Colleges and universities should adhere to dialectical materialism and historical materialism,apply the standpoint,viewpoints,and methods of systems theory,and deeply understand and accurately grasp the value implication of the new requirements for talent cultivation that emphasize the"Five Educations"in the educational guidelines of the new era.It is necessary to proceed from the integrity and the intrinsic correlation between the educational units of the"Five Educations",and fully understand the deficiencies,inadequacies,and objective contradictions in the educational practice of the"Five Educations".With"one evaluation system","two breakthroughs","three overall educations","four full-coverages","five linkages"and"six parties working together"as the support points,we strive to build a diversified and collaborative education mechanism.
