Application Prospects and Hidden Risk Coping of Embedding Generative Artificial Intelligence in Government Services
In recent years,artificial intelligence(AI)has had a profound impact on national governance,government reform and innovation.The digitalization of government services,driven by technology and data-driven approaches,has emerged as a crucial topic of discussion.This article systematically reviews and summarizes the research progress of generative artificial intelligence(AIGC)embedded in government services,both domestically and internationally,providing references for advancing related theoretical research and practical development.The research findings indicate that AIGC contributes to the construction of proactive,intelligent,transparent,efficient,and anticipatory government services.However,the integration of AIGC into government services still faces difficulties in terms of institutional frameworks,technology,regulation,law,and ethics.Existing studies primarily offer corresponding recommendations from technological,policy,man-agement,and human resources perspectives.Future research can employ various methods to comprehen-sively understand the demands of citizens regarding AIGC-powered government services.Additionally,re-search can be expanded to include areas such as performance evaluation,policy analysis,and development path-ways for AIGC embedded in government services,aiming to promote its application and development.As AIGC continues to be applied in government services,future studies should incorporate more literature and conduct comprehensive reviews to further enrich the field.
