The Coupling Coordination and Spatiotemporal Evolution of New Urbanization and Green and Low-Carbon Circular Development—A Case Study of Anhui Province
Based on the panel data of Anhui Province from 2011 to 2021,this paper constructs a new urbanization and green and low-carbon circular development index system,measures the level of low-carbon circular development and new urbanization by the entropy method,and studies the spatiotemporal pattern and spatial agglomeration of the coupling coordination degree of the two systems in Anhui Province through the coupling coordination model and spatial autocorrelation method.The results show that:(1)The comprehensive level of new urbanization and green and low-carbon circular development in Anhui Province has increased year by year,but the growth rate is slow.(2)The coordinated development effect of new urbanization and green and low-carbon circular development in prefecture-level cities has increased year by year,and the coupling coordination degree has shown obvious spatial differentiation characteristics,and the coupling coordination level of Hefei,Wuhu and Ma'anshan cities is significantly higher than that of other prefecture-level cities.(3)There is obvious spatial aggregation in the coupling coordination degree of new urbanization and green and low-carbon circular development in Anhui Province,with high-high aggregation mainly located in Hefei,Wuhu and Ma'anshan,and low-low aggregation area mainly concentrated in Fuyang City.
