A Review of Domestic and International Research on Employee Green Behaviour Based on CiteSpace Analysis
Based on CiteSpace software,this paper provides an in-depth comprehensive analysis of domestic and international research on employee green behaviour.Through the method of visual comparative analysis,this paper systematically combed the publication status,research status,research hotspots and research evolution trends of employee green behaviour in domestic and international literature.It is found that employee green behaviour has become an important topic of common concern in both domestic and abroad,academic and practical circles,and the relevant research results have become increasingly rich.However,there is still some research space in the in-depth exploration of the outcome variables of employee green behaviour.Based on the conclusion of this paper,we put forward the prospect of future research from the aspects of research content,research scale,etc.,with a view to promoting the further development of the research field of employees'green behaviour,and providing theoretical support and practical guidance for enterprises to implement green management strategies and promote sustainable development.
