In recent years,the technology market has been developing rapidly,with technology brokers playing a pivotal role.This paper discusses the characteristics and challenges of the technology broker team in Hunan Province,proposing a comprehensive cultivation path of"nurturing—utilization—competition—incentive"for technology brokers.This path entails providing practical platforms through the Xiaoxiang Science and Technology Factor Market,organizing roadshow activities to enhance practical experience,holding technology broker contests to promote skill competition,and implementing a professional title evaluation system for encouragement and recognition.Finally,in this study,the future development of technology brokers in Hunan Province is expected,and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,aiming to enhance the professional level of the technology broker team in Hunan Province and even the whole country and promote the prosperity and development of the technology market.
