Graduate tutors are the first responsible persons for graduate students,and it is still the basic task of graduate education to establish virtue and cultivate personality.Applying the basic principle of unity of opposites,the PDCA cycle theory and Bloom's educational goal classification theory,this paper creatively builds a three-dimensional model,including the"dichotomy","three paths"and"four mechanisms",so as to guide graduate tutors'words and deeds.Thus,this paper extends the theoretical framework for graduate tutors to carry out the fundamental task of establishing virtue and cultivating personality.
