Lightweight Design of Beam Column Connectors for Concrete Specimen Forming Machine Based on ANSYS
The beam column connector is an important component of the concrete specimen forming machine.In order to improve the safety,reliability,and stability of the frame structure,the beam column connector of a certain model of concrete specimen forming machine is lightweight through topology optimization and size optimization.Firstly,perform topology optimization design on the existing beam column connectors,and carry out secondary design based on the topology optimization results.Secondly,for the beam column connectors after secondary design,a size optimization model is constructed.Orthogonal experiments and analysis of variance are used to select structural parameters that have a significant impact on performance response as design variables.The optimization objective is to minimize the quality of the forming machine connectors,and a size optimization model is constructed.Finally,the optimal combination of size parameters is obtained by establishing a response surface optimization model for solving.The research results indicate that after topology optimization and size optimization,the quality of the connectors has been reduced by 1.472 9kg,with a weight reduction ratio of 27.5%.
