Study on Short-process Technology of Reactive Dyeing/Anti-crease Finishing for Cotton Fabrics
Based on the one-phase pad dyeing process and the pad-baking finishing process, the conventional two-step processing technology of cotton fabric dyeing with reactive dyes and anti-wrinkle finishing is merged into a new one-bath one-step short-process processing technology by using the padding method. The influence of dyes, additives, and process parameters on the processing effect is explored.By analyzing the K/S value, crease recovery angle, and breaking strength of the dyed fabric, the optimal process conditions are obtained. The results indicate that the experiment is conducted by using K-type reactive dyes and 2D resin finishing agents, with a finishing agent dosage of 80 g·L-1and ammonium chloride catalysis. The best effect is achieved at a baking temperature of 160℃ and a baking time of 3 minutes.Compared with traditional technologies,short-process technology has similar processing effects, showing obvious advantages in energy conservation, emission reduction, and consumption reduction.
