摘要

为揭示冰雹冲击玻璃温室屋面受载机理,采用LS-PrePost的随动强化材料MAT-3进行建模,结合考虑冰雹下坠速度、粒径大小及屋面坡角因素,开展自然条件下冰雹低速冲击玻璃温室屋面荷载研究.结果表明:冰雹粒径对屋面冲击能量影响明显,冲击能量随冰雹粒径增加而非线性增加;随屋面坡角增加,冲击能量减少;且坡角在20°~25.之间,有效应力达到最大值.研究结果为量大面广的温室大棚屋面坡角设计及防灾提供了一定价值与参考.

Abstract

In order to reveal the load-bearing mechanism of hail impact on the glass greenhouse roof,this pa-per uses LS-PrePost's follow-up strengthening material MAT-3 for modeling,and considers the factors of hail falling speed,particle size and roof slope angle are taken into consideration.A study on the roof load of hail impacting glass greenhouses at low speed under natural conditions is conducted.The results show that hail particle size has a significant impact on roof impact energy.The impact energy increases non-linearly with the increase of hail particle size.As the roof slope angle increases,the impact energy decreases.When the slope angle is between 20° and 25°,the effective stress reaches maximum value.The research results provide certain value and reference for the roof slope angle design and disaster prevention of numerous greenhouses.
