目的 调查辽吉两省东部山区鼠类微小巴贝斯虫和伯氏疏螺旋体感染情况.方法 采用聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)对从辽宁省宽甸地区和吉林省集安林区捕获的野鼠进行微小巴贝斯虫和伯氏疏螺旋体检测.结果 对129份集安和宽甸两地野鼠脾DNA样本分别进行微小巴贝斯虫和伯氏疏螺旋体检测,检出阳性共15份,阳性率11.63%,微小巴贝斯虫和伯氏疏螺旋体的阳性率分别为6.20%(8/129)和5.43%(7/129),二者感染率差异无统计学意义(x2=0.000,P=1.000).宽甸、集安两地不同鼠种野鼠检出微小巴贝斯虫和伯氏疏螺旋体的阳性率差异无统计学意义.结论 我国辽吉两省东部山区野鼠存在微小巴贝斯虫和伯氏疏螺旋体感染,提示该地区存在感染风险.
Investigation on Tiny Babesias and Borrelia burgdorferi in Muroids Collected in Eastern Mountains of Liaoning Province and Jilin Province,China
Objective To investigate the prevalence of tiny Babesias and Borrelia burgdorferi in muroids in east-ern mountains of Liaoning province and Jilin province,China.Methods Wild rodents were captured from Kuandian dis-trict,Liaoning province and Ji'an forest,Jilin province and the detection of tiny Babesias and Borrelia burgdorferi were carried out by polymerase chain reaction(PCR).Results A total of 129 spleen DNA samples of wild rodents from Ji'an and Kuandian districts were detected for tiny Babesias and Borrelia burgdorferi,and 15 were positive,with a positive rate of 11.63%,the positive rates of tiny Babesias and Borrelia burgdorferi were 6.20%(8/129)and 5.43%(7/129)respectively,and there were no differences in positive rates(x2=0.000,P=1.000).There was no significant difference in the positive rates of tiny Babesias and Borrelia burgdorferi from different species of wild rodents in Kuandian and Ji'an.Conclusion Wild rodents in the eastern mountainous of Liaoning and Jilin provinces of China are infected with tiny Babesias and Borrelia burgdorferi,which suggesting a potential risk of infection in these districts.
