Study on Teaching Content and Teaching Effect of Cold Environmental Medicine for Enhancing Post-competence
Objective To explore the scientific applicability and teaching effect of the new course content system of medical post training in cold environment.Methods The content system of medical courses in cold environment was new-ly constructed,and 83 questionnaires were distributed to the trainees of 3 on-the-job training courses held by a Medical University from November 2021 to December 2022,and the trainees'evaluation of the course content system and the teaching quality were counted,and their mastery of knowledge were statistically analyzed.Results About 80%students evaluated the constructed curriculum system as scientific and applicable.After the training,the knowledge and skills of the 4 course content modules were significantly improved(all P<0.001).After the training,84.34%(70/83)of the trainees mastered more than 60%of the basic theory,and 73.49%(61/83)of the trainees mastered more than 60%of the theory and skills of cold injury prevention and treatment;61.45%(55/83)and 81.93%(68/83)of the trainees mas-tered more than 60%of the cold area health theory and skills and cold area service theory and skills.74.70%(62/83)of the students rated the overall teaching quality as"very good".Conclusion The new course of cold area medicine based on the content system of basic theory-cold injury prevention-health protection-cold area service can improve the relevant knowledge of military doctors in cold areas,so as to improve their post competency.
