大学生知觉压力对生命意义感的影响:感恩和心理弹性的链式中介作用

目的 探讨感恩和心理弹性在大学生知觉压力与生命意义感之间的关系和作用机制.方法 采用中文版压力知觉量表(Chinese perceived stress scale,CPSS)、感恩问卷(gratitude questionnaire 6,GQ-6)、简版心理弹性量表(10-item connor-davidson resilience scale,CD-RISC-10)、生命意义感量表(meaning in life questionnaire,MLQ)对 684 名在校大学生进行问卷调查,采用Bootstrap法检验感恩和心理弹性在知觉压力和生命意义感之间的链式中介作用.结果 相关性分析显示,知觉压力与感恩、心理弹性以及生命意义感呈显著负相关(r值分别为-0.513、-0.588、-0.358,P均<0.01),生命意义感与感恩、心理弹性呈显著正相关(r值分别为0.504、0.445,P均<0.01),感恩与心理弹性呈显著正相关(r=0.537,P<0.01).中介效应检验结果显示,知觉压力对生命意义感的直接效应不显著;感恩、心理弹性在知觉压力对生命意义感的影响中中介效应显著,效应值分别为-0.177[95%置信区间(confidence interval,CI):-0.230~-0.127]、-0.095(95%CI:-0.144~-0.052),效应占比分别为51.5%和27.6%;感恩和心理弹性在知觉压力对生命意义感的影响中起链式中介作用,效应值为-0.036(95%CI:-0.058~-0.018),效应占比10.5%.结论 大学生的感恩、心理弹性、知觉压力和生命意义感关系密切,知觉压力通过感恩和心理弹性的中介作用影响生命意义感,未来可开展感恩训练和心理弹性训练来提升生命意义感.
Effects of Perceived Stress on Meaning in Life of College Students:The Chain Mediating Role of Gratitude and Resilience
Objective To explore the relationship and mechanism of gratitude and resilience between perceived stress and meaning in life in college students.Methods A total of 684 college students were investigated by the Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS),gratitude questionnaire 6(GQ-6),10-item connor-davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC-10)and meaning in life questionnaire(MLQ).The chain mediation of gratitude and resilience between perceived stress and sense of meaning in life was tested by Bootstrap method.Results Correlation analysis showed that perceived stress was negatively correlated with gratitude,resilience and meaning in life(r=-0.513,-0.588,-0.358,all P<0.01),while meaning in life was positively correlated with gratitude and resilience(r=0.504,0.445,all P<0.01),grati-tude was positively correlated with resilience(r=0.537,P<0.01).The results of mediating effect test showed that the direct effect of perceived stress on the sense of meaning of life was not significant;gratitude and resilience had a sig-nificant simple mediating effect on the effect of perceived stress on the meaning of life,and the effect values were-0.177[95%confidence interval(CI):-0.230 to-0.127],-0.095(95%CI:-0.144 to-0.052),the proportion of effect was 51.5%and 27.6%respectively;gratitude and resilience played a chain mediation role in the impact of perceived stress on the sense of meaning in life,and the effect value was-0.036(95%CI:-0.058 to-0.018),and the propor-tion of effect was 10.5%.Conclusion The relationship among gratitude,resilience,perceived stress and meaning in life is significant among college students,the impact of perceived stress on the meaning in life can be mediated through grati-tude and resilience.In the future,gratitude training and resilience training can be carried out to improve the sense of meaning in life.
