Research on the Current Status of the Nursing Technology of the Forward Surgical Team of the Nursing Staff in Military Hospital
Objective To explore the current situation of the nursing technology of the forward surgical team(FST)of military nursing staff,and to provide reference for the development of the FST nursing core technology training system.Methods A total of 718 nursing staff from 14 military grade A tertiary hospitals were selected as the survey sub-jects by cluster sampling from February,2023 to May,2023,and they were investigated by general information question-naire and nursing technology evaluation scale.Results The most common form of medical service training among nursing staff in military hospitals was offline theoretical training(71.73％),the main type of medical service task was medical service exercise organized by the unit(72.14％),and the main types of mobile medical service force were field medical clinic(30.08％)and field medical team(29.53％),the main types of training were other groups(32.45％)and severe injury treatment group(26.46％),94.57％of the nursing staff wanted to increase the training in medical support.Among 718 military nursing staff,the average score of mastery degree of general technology module and training needs in FST nursing technology was the highest,and the average score of mastery degree of special technology module and train-ing needs was the lowest.There were statistically significant differences in the mastery of general and first aid technology modules among nursing staff of different ages,working years and professional titles(all P＜0.05);there were statistically significant differences in the scores of injury control technology and special technology training needs among nursing staff in military hospitals with different working years and personnel categories(all P＜0.05).The mastery degree of FST nursing technology was positively correlated with the training demand.Conclusion The overall mastery of FST nursing technology among military nursing personnel was above the average level,and they had a strong will for training on tech-nical items,a perfect FST nursing technology training system should be built,with emphasis on injury control technology and special technology,so as to provide an im-portant reference for the training of specialized and versa-tile FST nursing staff.
