Analysis of the Turnover Rate and Professional Loyalty of the Medical Personnel in A Military Hospital
Objective To analyze the turnover situation of medical personnel in a military hospital from January to October 2023,so as to provide reference for the management of medical personnel in military hospital.Methods The re-search object was the medical personnel employed in author's hospital from January to October 2023,among them,the full sample survey was adopted for the departing medical personnel,and the matching survey was adopted for the in-serv-ice personnel in the medical position.Statistical analysis of the reasons for turnover,job burnout and professional loyalty was performed.Results Family situation was the main reason for resignation.Compared with the in-service personnel,the total score of job burnout of the departing personnel was significantly higher than that of the in-service personnel,es-pecially in the two dimensions of emotional exhaustion and low sense of achievement(P<0.05).As for three aspects of the professional loyalty,"I hope that my children will continue to be the doctor","Satisfied with the form of the contract signed with the hospital"and"I think that the military hospital conditions are poor and I have the opportunity to think of other local development",the difference between the departing personnel and in-service personnel was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Military hospitals should improve the scientific management mechanism of the employees,improve the salary and the sense of belonging of the employees,so as to reduce the turnover rate of the medical personnel and stabilize the talent team of the medical personnel.
