Effect of Cluster Intervention Measures on Prevention and Control of Training Injuries Among Recruits
Objective To analyze the effect of cluster intervention measures on prevention and control of training injury. Methods A total of 2566 recruits were selected as study objects in 2022,and they were divided into experimental group(n=1384)and control group(n=1182).The control group received routine training, while the experimental group received cluster intervention measures on this basis. The difference of body mass index(BMI),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),forced vital capacity(FVC),bone density, incidence of training injuries and completion exam scores between the two groups before and after interventions were compared. Results After the intervention, the abnormal indi-cators of BMI,LVEF,FVC and bone density of recruits in the experimental group improved significantly than those be-fore(P<0.05);the comparison of the abnormal indicators of BMI,LVEF,FVC and bone density among the recruits in control group at the second physical examination showed no statistically significant differences than the first one(P>0.05).In the second psychological assessment, the positive proportion of recruits in the experimental group was signifi-cantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Completion exam scores of recruits between the two groups were compared, the excellence rate of 3 kilometers,03 type automatic rifle shooting accuracy, tactical basic movements and bar end arm flexion and extension,as well as the qualified rate of 03 type automatic rifle shooting accuracy and tactical basic movements in experimental group were higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The incidence of training in-jury in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion The training injury in-tervention system based on cluster measures can effectively prevent and control the occurrence of training injuries.
