摘要
目的 通过德尔菲专家函询构建军医大学非护理专业生长军官学员护理技能指标体系,为实战化护理技能教学改革提供参考.方法 采用德尔菲专家函询对军医大学非护理专业生长军官学员护理技能指标体系初稿进行函询,函询专家包括军医大学医疗、护理教育学专家以及基层部队卫生领域专家,对函询结果进行整理与分析.结果 通过3轮德尔菲专家函询形成的军医大学非护理专业生长军官学员护理技能指标体系,包含8项一级指标、40项二级指标,专家的权威系数为0.886,3轮函询Kendall和谐系数均有所提升,最终一级指标、二级指标的Kendall和谐系数分别为0.290、0.313.结论 本研究构建的军医大学非护理专业生长军官学员护理技能指标体系全面、科学,可以为综合培养军医大学非护理专业生长军官学员提供参考,促进学员系统学习部队卫生工作所需护理技能,具备相关护理素养,从而提升岗位任职能力.
Abstract
Objective To construct a nursing skill index system for non-nursing officer trainees in military medical uni-versities through Delphi expert inquiry,and providing reference for practical nursing skill teaching reform.Methods The initial draft of the nursing skill index system for non-nursing growth officer trainees at the military medical university was inves-tigated by Delphi expert inquiry,the inquiry experts included medical and nursing education experts of military medical u-niversity,as well as experts in the field of grassroots military health,the results of correspondence inquiry were sorted out and analyzed.Results The nursing skill index system for non-nursing professional growth officer trainees in military medical universities formed through 3 rounds of Delphi expert inquiry,and includes 8 primary indicators and 40 secondary indicators,the authority coefficient of the experts is 0.886,and the Kendall harmony coefficient of the 3 rounds of corre-spondence consultation has been improved,and the Kendall harmony coefficient of the final primary index and secondary index were 0.290 and 0.313,respectively.Conclusion The nursing skill index system for non-nursing growth officer students in military medical universities constructed in this study is comprehensive and scientific,which can provide refer-ence for the comprehensive training of non-nursing growth officer students in military medical universities,promote students to systematically learn the nursing skills required by military health work,possess relevant nursing literacy,and improve the job performance.
