某岛礁卫勤保障护理人员适岗培训方案的构建研究

摘要
目的 构建赴某岛礁卫勤保障护理人员的适岗培训方案.方法 参考相关文献,结合承担驻岛任务的临床医护和教学管理专家半结构化访谈结果,制定某岛礁卫勤保障护理人员适岗培训方案的专家函询问卷,采用德尔菲法对15名专家进行函询,最终确定培训方案.结果 两轮专家咨询问卷的有效回收率均为100％,专家权威系数分别为0.863、0.887,一级条目肯德尔协调系数分别为0.293、0.327(P均＜0.01),最终形成的赴某岛礁卫勤保障护理人员适岗培训方案涵盖培训目标、培训内容、培训方法与课程设置、培训考核,包括4项一级条目、12项二级条目、49项三级条目.结论 结合岛礁卫勤保障任务特色,针对军队院校临时抽调赴某岛礁卫勤保障护理人员,构建了具有实用性和特异性的适岗培训方案,以利于在换防交替阶段为军队医院快速培养出"一专多能"的卫勤保障护理队伍.
Abstract
Objective To construct a job suitabiliby training program for medical service support of nurses on an is-land.Methods The expert consultation questionnaire of job suitabiliby training program for medical service support of nurses on an island was constructed by referring to relevant literature and combining with the results of interview with clinical medical care and teaching management experts on the island mission.Consultation among 15 experts were adopted using Delphi method,then the training program was finally established.Results The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100％,the expert authority coefficients were 0.863 and 0.887,respectively,and the Kendall coordination coefficients for the first-level items were 0.293 and 0.327,respectively(all P＜0.01).The final job suitabil-iby training program covered training goals,training content,training methods and curriculum,examination and evalu-tion,it included 4 first-level items,12 second-level items and 49 third-level items.Conclusion According to the charac-teristics of the island health support task,a practical and specific job suitabiliby training program was constructed for the temporary medical support and nursing personnel from military colleges to a certain island,so as to help the military hos-pital quickly cultivate a"specialized and versatile"medical support and nursing team in the alternate stage of defense re-placement.
