Exploration and Construction of"Two-Path,Four-Stage"Medical Service Support Ability Assessment Model for Undergradu-ate Students in Military Medical University
Objective To explore the assessment model of clinical medicine undergraduates'medical support capa-bilities and verify the quality of medical support personnel training at military medical schools,provid reference and guid-ance for the teaching work of military medical schools.Methods Seizing the opportunity of the teaching reform in a mili-tary medical university,aligning with the national medical education examination reform and the military medical support capacity demand,using a combination of theoretical and practical research methods,a comprehensive assessment model for medical support capacity training throughout the undergraduate clinical medicine program was established.Results The"two path,four-stage"medical service support ability assessment model took the evaluation of the medical support capabilities of trainees as its core,with common scenarios and cases from their assigned positions as the basis,it adopted a parallel approach of practical and clinical pathways,through the organization of undergraduate course assess-ment,comprehensive ability assessment,graduation assessment,vocational qualification assessment of four stages of as-sessment,to form a"point-line-face"assessment system.Conclusion The"two-path,four-stage"medical service sup-port ability assessment model comprehensively tests the trainees'medical support capabilities and clinical medicine skills,which is of great significance for cultivating high-quality new-type military medical personnel.
