桌面推演联合实操模式在护理人员培训中的应用

目的 探讨综合案例桌面推演联合实操模式在护理人员培训中的应用效果.方法 选取某三级甲等医院24个临床科室工作的363名护理人员为研究对象.以科室为单位开展综合案例桌面推演联合实操培训考核,比较干预前后护理人员核心能力、自我效能、工作满意度变化情况.结果 干预后,护理人员核心能力、自我效能感、工作满意度得分较干预前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05).结论 综合案例桌面推演联合实操模式在护理人员培训中具有积极作用,能有效提升护理人员核心能力、自我效能感和工作满意度.
Objective To explore the application effect of integrated case desktop deduction combined with practical operation mode in the training of nursing staff.Methods A total of 363 nurses working in 24 clinical departments in a grade Ⅲ were selected as the study objects.The department as a unit to carry out integrated case desktop deduction combined with practical operation mode and assessment,the changes of core competence,self-efficacy and job satisfaction of nursing staff before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of core competence,self-efficacy and job satisfaction were significantly increased than those before intervention(all P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated case desktop deduction combined with practical operation mode plays an active role in the training of nursing staff,and it can effectively improve the core competence,self-efficacy and job satisfaction of nursing staff.
