Expert Consensus on Assessment and Intervention of Adjustment Disorders in Recruits
[Introduction]Adjustment disorder is a type of short-term and mild annoyance and emotional disorder,it usually occurs when roles change,the working and living environment changes,military recruits are the group with higher inci-dence.In clinical practice,the clinical assessment and diagnostic criteria of adjustment disorder in recruits are inconsis-tent,the choice of pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions varied considerably.The Psychiatry Profession-al Committee of the Medical Science and Technology Committee of Chinese People's Liberation Army organized discus-sions and formed the Expert Consensus on Assessment and Intervention of Adjustment Disorders in Recruits,in order to further regulate the diagnosis and treatment of recruits'adjustment disorder,improve the clinical doctors'attention and treatment level of recruits'adjustment disorder.
