医养结合养老模式的需求影响因素研究

利用安徽省16地市的实地调查数据,研究了医养结合养老模式的需求影响因素.研究发现,第一,收入对老年人医养结合养老模式的需求影响呈倒U型结构,即随着收入水平的增长,老年人对医养结合的需求呈先增长后下降的状况;第二,健康状况越差,老年人对医养结合养老模式的需求越大;第三,相比中老年人群体,76岁及以上的高龄老人对医养结合养老模式的需求更为明显.为提升老年人对医养结合需求,应构建医养结合养老模式的差异化网络格局、建立长期护理保险制度、加快基本养老保险的覆盖范围,并且提高养老金保障水平.
Study on the Factors Affecting the Demands for the Combined Medical and Care Services for the Elderly
Based on the actual data from 16 regions and cities in Anhui Province,this paper studies the factors affecting the demands for the combined medical and care services for the elderly.The findings are as follows.Firstly,the effect of income on the demands for the combined medical and care services for the elderly demonstrates a U-shaped structure,the demands growing first and then decreasing afterwards with the increasing income.Secondly,worse health may lead to greater demands for the combined medical and care services.Thirdly,compared with the middle-aged group and initial senile group,people aged 76 or above may have greater demands for this kind of services.In order to boost the elderly's demands for this combined services,the differentiated network of the combined medical and care services for the elderly should be constructed,constructing the long-term insurance system of care,expanding the coverage of the basic pension system for the old and improving the sum of the pension.
