Research on the Coupling and Synergy of Rural Revitalization and High Quality Development
Based on the inter-provincial panel data from 2012 to 2021,the coupling coordination degree of rural revitalization and high-quality development is measured,and the regional differences and convergence of the co-ordinated development of the two regions are investigated from the perspective of the whole country and the three major regions in the East and the West.The coupling coordination degree model,kernel density estimation,Mark-ov chain and convergence model are used in the study.The results show that the coupling coordination degree of the whole country and the three regions is increasing year by year,and the gap is gradually decreasing.The cou-pling coordination degree of the eastern region is generally higher than that of the central and western region,and the growth rate of the central and western region is higher than that of the eastern region on the whole.There is no obvious polarization in the three regions,but from the whole country,the polarization of coupling coordination de-gree is obvious.The regions with higher degree of coupling coordination are spatially concentrated,and the regions with lower level can be affected by the radiation effects of the regions with higher level.The coupling coordination degree of the whole country and the three regions does not have σ convergence,the whole country,the central re-gion and the western region all have β convergence,and the eastern region only has conditional β convergence.Therefore,it's necessary to realize the imbalance of regional development,improve its mechanism,and coordi-nate the rural revitalization and high-quality development.
