Problem Analysis of Internal Inspection in Colleges and Universities and the Strategy Research of Enhancing Effectiveness——Take Anhui University of Science and Technology as an Example
Under the background of fully implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to keep the sword hanging high and the shock always present,based on the internal in-spection work practice of Anhui University of Science and Technology,the paper discusses the problems existing in the internal inspection work of colleges and universities,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the influencing factors restricting the quality of the internal inspection work of colleges and universities and the strategies for en-hancing its effectiveness.The paper summarizes the targeted strategies to enhance the effectiveness of internal in-spection work in colleges and universities:improving the political position,improving the system mechanism,in-novating the inspection methods,promoting the rectification and the application of results,and strengthening the construction of the inspection cadre team,etc.,so as to provide reference for other colleges and universities to ef-fectively carry out internal inspection work.
