Analysis of the Impact of ChatGPT on the Development of Logistics Industry
The traditional logistics industry has many problems such as large pollution discharge,high cost and low efficiency in order processing,warehouse management,cargo transportation and distribution and customer service.Generative artificial intelligence ChatGPT can effectively help to solve existing problems in all aspects of the logistics industry,such as releasing productivity potential,reshaping the framework of production relations,promoting industry transformation and upgrading and industrial model innovation,but it will also bring many chal-lenges such as unemployment,personnel structure and business model changes,legal disputes,and increasing in-dustry competition barriers.In this regard,the paper proposes that the future development of the logistics industry should adhere to the parallel of independent technology research and development,and organizational structure optimization at the enterprise level,adhere to the parallel of policy support and regulatory constraints at the gov-ernment level,adhere to the parallel of integration into the wave and clear risks at the individual level,and give full play to the synergistic effect between various paths.
