黄河流域绿色金融与经济高质量发展水平测度、障碍因子及耦合性分析

中文摘要：黄河流域绿色金融与经济高质量发展需要统筹协调,才能实现良性互动,发挥协同效应.选取黄河流域各省2010-2020 年的数据,构建绿色金融与经济高质量发展综合评价指标体系,采用SBM模型和熵权-TOPSIS 法测算两者的发展水平,运用耦合协调度模型对黄河流域绿色金融与经济高质量发展之间的耦合协调度进行测算,并通过障碍度模型分析绿色金融与经济高质量发展协同发展的主要障碍因子.研究表明,在研究期内各省绿色金融发展效率水平变化存在差异,部分地区发展效率水平较低,各省的经济高质量发展水平逐年增高;绿色信贷和创新等指标制约了绿色金融与经济高质量发展水平;黄河流域整体的绿色金融和经济高质量发展的耦合协调度逐年上升,由协调上升到中等协调,两者间的良性互动逐渐增强.根据实证结果分析存在的问题并提出对策建议.

外文摘要：The high-quality development of green finance and economy in the Yellow River Basin needs to be in-tegrated and coordinated to realize benign interaction and synergistic effect.This paper selects the data of the provinces in the Yellow River Basin from 2010 to 2020,constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of green finance and high-quality economic development,adopts the SBM model and entropy weight-TOPSIS meth-od to measure the development level of both,and uses the coupling coordination degree model to measure the cou-pling coordination degree between green finance and high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Ba-sin.The main obstacles to the coordinated development of green finance and high-quality economic development are analyzed through the obstacle degree model.The results show that there are differences in the development ef-ficiency level of green finance among provinces during the study period.The development efficiency level of some regions is low,and the high-quality economic development level of provinces is increasing year by year.Indica-tors such as green credit and innovation restrict green finance and high-quality economic development.The cou-pling coordination degree of green finance and high-quality economic development in the Yellow River Basin has increased year by year,from coordination to moderate coordination,and the benign interaction between the two has gradually increased.According to the empirical results,the existing problems are analyzed and the counter-measures are put forward.
