思想道德与法治课程"一课一榜样"教学模式探索

榜样示范教育是高校开展思想政治教育工作的一种常见方式,即教育者通过典型示范,以榜样人物的高尚品质、模范行为、卓越成就等去影响受教育者的思想品德.将榜样教育融入思想道德与法治课程教学环节,开展"一课一榜样"教学模式改革探索有助于引导青年学生树立正确的价值观,提升高校德育教育实效性,推进思想道德与法治课程课堂教学改革落实落深.榜样教育在思想道德与法治课程教学应用过程中,存在因榜样选择针对性不够致学生认同度低、榜样教育形式单一致课堂参与度低、榜样事迹挖掘不足致影响深度有限等问题.思想道德与法治课程"一课一榜样"教学模式的创新路径应在遵循四个原则基础上,立足本土榜样定制专属"榜样资源库",贯穿"三个课堂"创新榜样教育呈现形式,共建同城榜样资源持续扩大教学改革影响力.
Exploring the"One Lesson,One Exemplar"Teaching Model for the Curriculum of"Ideological Morality and Rule of Law"
Model education is a prevalent approach to conducting ideological and political education in higher ed-ucation institutions,which refers that educators influence students' ideological and moral character through the noble qualities,exemplary behaviorand outstanding achievements of role models.Integrating model education into the course of ideological morality and rule of law by exploring the reform of"one lesson,one exemplar"teaching mode can guide young students to establish correct values,enhance the effectiveness of moral education in colle-ges and universities,and promote the classroom teaching reform.However,there are some challenges with imple-menting model education in the course of ideological morality and rule of law,such as low recognition among students due to inadequate pertinence of model selection,low class participation rate due to the single form,and limited depth of influence due to insufficient excavation of examples.The innovative paths of"one lesson,one ex-emplar"teaching mode in the course of ideological moralityand ruleof law should be based on four basic princi-ples to construct an exclusive"model resource library",innovate the presentation form of model education utilizing the"three classrooms",and integrate model resources in the same city for expandingthe influence.
