In order to explore the application value of the dual-track teaching method of CBL and PBL in oph-thalmology practice teaching under the concept of OBE,62 clinical medical interns in ophthalmology from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into research group and control group,which adopted traditional teaching methods.The research team a-dopted the dual-track teaching method of CBL and PBL under the concept of OBE.After the professional prac-tice,the theoretical scores of the two groups of students'entrance examination,clinical skill scores,medical record writing scores and teaching effect evaluation table were compared,and the effects of different teaching modes were analyzed by single factor.The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the study group and the control group in theoretical scores,clinical skills scores,medical record writing scores and teaching effect evaluation tables(P<0.05).The dual-track teaching mode of CBL and PBL under the OBE concept is su-perior to the traditional teaching mode in mastering theoretical knowledge of ophthalmology,improving clinical skills,cultivating clinical thinking ability,and solving clinical practice problems,which indicates that the dual-track teaching mode of CBL and PBL under the OBE concept has a good teaching effect in ophthalmology prac-tice teaching.
