The Characteristics,Evolution and Trend of the Research on the Ethics and Style of College Teachers in the New Era
By using CiteSpace software on literature metrology analysis,text mining and visual analysis are car-ried out on the development trends,research hotspots and research frontiers in the field of teacher'morality and e-thos in Chinese universities from 2000 to 2023.The results show that:during the study period,the research on teacher'morality and ethos in Chinese universities has experienced budding exploration period,stable develop-ment period and growth fluctuation period.The relevant literature was mainly published in China Higher Educa-tion,The Party Building and Ideological Education in Schools,and Heilongjiang Research on Higher Education.The issuing institutions are mainly normal colleges,Marxist colleges of universities and teachers' departments of the Ministry of Education,and the coupling relationship between the issuing institutions is weak and the coopera-tion is not close.The author cooperation network density is low.The focus of the research is mainly on the aspects of"the construction of teachers'ethics,teachers'ethics,young teachers in colleges and universities,the new era,moral cultivation".Among the emergent words,"teacher's morality and teacher's style"appeared the longest,and"new era,moral cultivation"appeared the most recently.In the future,this field will carry out in-depth research in the aspects of continuously strengthening the construction of teachers' ethics,exploring innovative paths to stimulate the vitality of talent teams,constructing a diversified evaluation system of teachers' ethics and ethics,and empowering the healthy development of young teachers.
