Objective To analyze the impact of the combined myocardial bridges on ECG parameters and prognosis in patients with coronary atherosclerosis and identify the potential biomarkers that may indicate an increasing risk of arrhythmia in patients. Methods The patients diagnosed with CAS by CAG were collected from January 2016 to December 2021 at the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China, screened according to admission criteria and divided into CAS+myocardial bridge group and CAS group. The prognosis of the followed-up patients was analyzed by using the binary logistic regression analysis to determine the risk fac-tors.Results Compared with the control group of patients without a myocardial bridge, the TDR and T-pe in the myocardial bridge group and the cases of ST-T changes were quite low. Conclusion Patients with myocardial bridge are less prone to arrhythmia and have no negative impact on the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease, which provides an evidence of ECG changes in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with myocardial bridge, suggesting that myocardial bridge may be related to the risk reduction of cardiac arrhythmia and prevent the occurrence of adverse cardiac events.
