摘要
目的 为了提高车用内置式永磁同步电机运行性能,改善市面上常见车用"Ⅴ"型内置式永磁同步电机谐波畸变,转矩脉动等问题.方法 提出一种新型内置式永磁同步电机设计方法,结合车用内置式永磁同步电机设计指标与基本理论计算出电机主要尺寸,利用有限元仿真软件建立电机模型,分析了新型转子内置式永磁同步电机工况下的运行性能,并采用参数化扫描的方法对电机定转子开不同尺寸槽的齿槽转矩进行了研究,同时,为了提高电机的优化效果,对电机参数进行灵敏度分析,找出影响电机性能的主要变量,并进行分层多目标优化.结果 仿真结果表明,新型转子内置式永磁同步电机在抑制反电势谐波畸变,削弱电机转矩脉动和减少电机损耗的方面要更加优秀;其次,通过在电机定转子上开辅助槽可以有效减小新型转子内置式永磁同步电机的齿槽转矩;最后,相比于电机的单层多目标优化,分层多目标优化可以获得更贴近实际使用需要的设计参数.结论 所设计的新型转子内置式永磁同步电机要比"Ⅴ"型内置式永磁同步电机更能满足目前新能源汽车内置式永磁同步电机高性能的要求,上述研究结果为车用内置式永磁同步电机的设计提供了参考依据.
Abstract
Objective In order to improve the performance of the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor and the harmonic distortion and torque pulsation of the"Ⅴ"built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor commonly used in the market.Methods The design of a new type of built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor was pro-posed.The main size of the motor was calculated by combining the design index and basic theory of the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor for vehicles.The motor model was established by finite element simulation software,and the operation performance of the new type of rotor built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor was analyzed.Meanwhile,in order to improve the optimization effect of the motor,the sensitivity analysis of the motor parameters was carried out to find out the main variables affecting the performance of the motor,and the layered multi-objective optimization was carried out.Results The simulation results showed that the new type per-manent-magnet synchronous motor with built-in rotor had better performance in suppressing the harmonic distor-tion of back potential,weakening the motor torque ripple and reducing the motor loss.Secondly,by opening an auxiliary slot on the fixed rotor of the motor,the tooth slot torque of the new type permanent-magnet synchronous motor with built-in rotor was effectively reduced.Finally,compared with the single-layer multi-objective optimi-zation of the motor,the design parameters closer to the actual use was obtained with the layered multi-objective optimization used.Conclusion The designed new rotor built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor meet the high performance requirements of the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor of new energy vehicles better than the"Ⅴ"type built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor.The above research results provide a reference for the design of automotive built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor.
