大跨度钢结构屋顶吊装施工技术设计

钢结构对于绝大多数大型建筑屋面的稳定性具有极其重要的作用,为解决传统吊装工艺中出现的问题,提高屋顶吊装施工质量,研究大跨度钢结构屋顶吊装施工技术。本研究以某展览馆建设项目为研究背景,通过安排吊点位置计算和吊装方案设计等施工前准备工作,明确施工工艺流程,结合项目概况,选择综合吊装方法进行施工。通过合理布设监测点对构件的变形与应力情况进行监测,结果表明,整体结构的最大位移与应力值均满足控制要求,表明所设计的施工方案具有一定的可行性。
Construction Technology Design of Large-span Steel Structure Roof Hoisting
Steel structures play an extremely important role in the stability of the roofs of the vast majority of large buildings.In order to address the issues arising in traditional hoisting processes and improve the construction quality of roof hoisting,research has been conducted on the construction technology of large-span steel structure roof hoisting.Taking a certain exhibition hall construction project as the research background,pre-construction preparations such as calculation of hoisting point positions and hoisting scheme design were arranged to clarify the construction process.In conjunction with the project overview,a comprehensive hoisting method was chosen for construction.By arranging monitoring points to monitor the deformation and stress of the components,the results indicate that the maximum displacement and stress values of the overall structure meet the control requirements,which demonstrates the feasibility of the designed construction plan.
