资助育人视域下大学生扶志教育研究

摘要
随着绝对贫困的历史性消除,我国对精神扶贫的重视程度日益增加.以立德树人为宗旨的高校深入领会贯彻国家扶贫思想,开展资助育人主题工作."扶志"作为扶贫的精神动力源头,可先于"扶智"进行.针对高校大学生当前理想信念动摇、扶贫认知片面、道德表现不佳等一系列志气不足的现状,从高校的扶贫制度管理、心理咨询辅导和校园文化环境三个方面入手,完善资助育人中的"扶志"扶贫,势在必行.
Abstract
With the historic elimination of absolute poverty,China's emphasis on spiritual poverty alleviation is increasing.Universities with the aim of cultivating virtue and cultivating people understand and implement the national poverty alleviation ideology,and carry out the theme of funding and educating people.As the spiritual source of poverty alleviation,'supporting the will'can be carried out before'supporting the wisdom'.By analyzing the current situation of college students'wavering ideals and beliefs,one-sided awareness of poverty alleviation,and poor moral performance,it is imperative to improve the"support for poverty alleviation"in funding education from three aspects:poverty alleviation system management,psychological counseling and guidance,and campus cultural environment.
