The Practical Exploration of the Concept of Diagnosis and Reform to Empower the Construction of'Double High'——Take Hunan Polytechnic of Industry as an Example
The diagnosis and improvement of internal quality assurance system is an important measure to realize the governance of vocational education and an important starting point to realize the task and goal of"double high"construction.Taking Hunan Industrial Vocational and Technical College,which is implementing the construction of"double high"as an example,this paper draws lessons from the idea of PDCA cycle,constructs the diagnosis and improvement framework of"eleven horizontal and five vertical"quality assurance system,creates the spiral of"8"shape diagnosis and improvement,and forms the incentive mechanism and quality culture.Through the implementation of the main responsibility,quality awareness and quality culture deeply root in the hearts of the people.By accurately grasp the diagnosis and improvement methods,the work efficiency is significantly improved.And relying on the concept empowerment,the effectiveness of running a school is constantly emerging.It is believed that in the stage of high-quality development of vocational education,the diagnosis and reform system and mechanism need to keep pace with the times,data professional processing needs to be further improved,and quality culture needs to be further updated.
