摘要
高职院校服务乡村振兴的长效机制构建意义重大.高职院校服务乡村振兴的长效机制构建是全面推进乡村振兴的需要,是推动高职教育供给侧结构性改革的需要.当前,高职院校服务乡村振兴在资源统整机制、培养机制、产教融合机制方面存在问题.为此,着眼于长效机制的构建,高职院校需完善服务乡村振兴的协同治理机制,构建服务乡村振兴的培养机制,健全服务乡村振兴的产教融合机制,从而助力乡村振兴.
Abstract
It is of great significance to construct a long-term mechanism for higher vocational colleges to serve rural revitalization.The construction of a long-term mechanism for higher vocational colleges to serve rural revitalization is the need to comprehensively promote rural revitalization and the need to promote the supply-side structural reform of higher vocational education.At present,there are problems in the resource integration mechanism,training mechanism and integration mechanism of production and education in higher vocational colleges serving rural revitalization.Therefore,focusing on the construction of a long-term mechanism,higher vocational colleges need to improve the collaborative governance mechanism for serving rural revitalization,build a training mechanism for serving rural revitalization,and improve the production and education integration mechanism for serving rural revitalization,so as to help rural revitalization.
