摘要
2020年9月,我国提出了二氧化碳排放力争于2030年前达到峰值,努力争取2060年前实现碳中和的目标.衡阳作为湖南省域副中心城市、国家老工业基地,2022年全市GDP突破4000亿,高碳排放产业在其国民经济中占有重要地位,经济高速发展与生态文明建设之间的矛盾也逐渐凸显,衡阳地区推进绿色低碳发展转型刻不容缓.研究衡阳地区高碳排放产业现状,分析其发展存在的问题,应用文献研究、实证分析等方法,提出相应的对策,助推衡阳在"双碳"目标下实现绿色低碳发展.
Abstract
In September 2020,China proposed striving to peak carbon dioxide emissions by 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality by 2060.As a sub central city in Hunan Province and a national old industrial base,Hengyang's GDP exceeded 400 billion yuan in 2022.High carbon emission industries play an important role in its national economy,and the contradiction between rapid economic development and ecological civilization construction is gradually becoming prominent.It is urgent for Hengyang to promote green and low-carbon development and transformation.Research on the current situation of high carbon emission industries in Hengyang area,analyze the problems in their development,apply literature research,empirical analysis and other methods,propose corresponding countermeasures,and help Hengyang achieve green and low-carbon development under the"dual carbon"goal.
