摘要
实施职称评定制度是大力培育新型职业农民的重要举措,建立科学的职称评定指标有利于促进新型职业农民高质量发展.本文将从新型职业农民职称评定指标体系构建的物质维度、精神维度和生态维度三个方面进行阐述,试图对新型职业农民职称评定工作进行一些理论方面的探索.
Abstract
Implementing a professional title evaluation system is an important measure to vigorously cultivate new-type professional farmers.Establishing a scientific evaluation index system for professional titles is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of new-type professional farmers.This paper will elaborate from three aspects:the material dimension,the spiritual dimension,and the ecological dimension of constructing the evaluation index system for the professional titles of new-type professional farmers,attempting to explore some theoretical aspects of the professional title evaluation work for new-type professional farmers.
