The evaluation index system of labor literacy is the guide for labor education work and the basis for evaluating the labor literacy of college students in the new era.It is also the goal for college students to participate in labor practice.The construction of evaluation index system of labor literacy must be based on scientific and comprehensive principles and reflect the characteristics of the basic elements of labor literacy of college students in the new era.Based on a comprehensive and scientific analysis of the basic elements of labor literacy of college students in the new era,specific indicators and observation points,scoring standards,scoring methods,and weighting indicators are determined,and the reliability and validity of the index system are tested.
