摘要
在精准思政视域下,高职院校辅导员核心素养培育面临思维偏误、能力欠缺、管理缺位的现实困境.通过以下途径提升高职院校辅导员核心素养:资源聚合,构建全覆盖、多形式、分层次的辅导员核心素养培训体系;强化实践,构建全链条、精准化、立体化的辅导员核心素养培育机制;评价反思,完善全周期、多角度、多元化的辅导员核心素养评价机制.这既回应了新技术革命对辅导员队伍建设的新挑战,呼应了现代化建设对辅导员队伍建设的新诉求,也适应了经济发展新阶段对辅导员队伍建设的新需要.
Abstract
From the perspective of precise ideological and political education,counselors in vocational colleges confront practical difficulties,including misconceptions in thinking,inadequate abilities,and inadequate management in nurturing their core competencies.Through the following ways to improve the core competencies of counselors in vocational colleges:integrating resources to establish a comprehensive,diverse,and hierarchical training system for counselors'core competencies;strengthening practical application to develop a full-chain,precise,and three-dimensional cultivation mechanism;and implementing evaluation and reflection to refine a comprehensive,multi-angle,and diversified evaluation mechanism.These efforts not only respond to the new challenges posed by the new technological revolution on the construction of the counselor team,but also echo the new demands of modernization for this team,and adapt to the new needs arising in the new stage of economic development.
