Practices and Strategies for the Construction of Vocational Education Teachers Led by Famous Teachers and Craftsmen——A Case Study Based on the Exploration of H School
To achieve high-quality development in vocational education,it is imperative to build an outstanding team of teachers.Leading by famous teachers and craftsmen,the construction of such a teacher team holds significant value in comprehensively enhancing the capabilities of vocational educators,fostering new modes of industry education-research cooperation,and school-enterprise cooperation,as well as advancing the development of vocational education towards specialization.However,China's current efforts in constructing vocational education teacher teams face challenges such as structural imbalances in teacher competencies,inadequate development of teachers'practical professional abilities,and incomplete resource integration mechanisms.Taking H School as a case,the school has leveraged the guidance of famous teachers and craftsmen to establish studios dedicated to their expertise.Through the implementation of"five key projects",the school comprehensively advances the development of teacher teams.it adopts measures including autonomous school construction and planning,refinement of training programs,rigorous process supervision and guidance,and effective resource integration.These efforts have accelerated the pace of the development of teacher teams and strengthened the educational capacity of vocational schools.
