The high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in vocational colleges is a crucial initiative in supporting the high-quality economic development and a significant path for cultivating innovative,high-tech,and highly skilled talents with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Based on an explanation of the essential characteristics of such high-quality development,an analysis of the current issues faced by the high-quality development of Sino-foreign cooperative education in Chinese vocational colleges is conducted.Accordingly,the following policy recommendations are proposed to advance this endeavor:adhering to the principle of"cultivating people with morality"to ensure that students possess sound political qualities;upholding the localization of educational resources as a lifeline to ensure the high quality of talent cultivation;and enhancing cooperation within"the Belt and Road"Initiative to usher in a new era of Sino-foreign cooperation in vocational education.
