摘要
劳动教育作为职业教育的重要组成部分,其实施体系的完善与否直接关系到学生的综合素质尤其是就业创业能力.当前劳动教育存在重视不够、实施缺乏科学性、与专业融合不够、师资力量薄弱、评价机制不够健全等问题,高职院校应该从加强劳动内涵教育、创新劳动教育新形式、建立劳动教育基地以及构建校园劳动文化环境等方面下功夫,提升劳动教育实效.
Abstract
As an important component of vocational education,the perfection of its implementation system directly affects students'overall quality,especially their ability to find jobs and start businesses.At present,there are some problems in labor education,such as insufficient attention,lack of scientific implementation,lack of integration with majors,weak teachers and imperfect evaluation mechanism,etc.Higher vocational colleges should make efforts to enhance the actual effect of labor education from the aspects of strengthening labor connotation education,innovating new forms of labor education,establishing labor education bases,and constructing campus labor culture environment.
