大学生学术不端行为的成因与治理对策研究

学术不端行为作为一种长期潜在且难以治理的不诚信行为,对大学生和学术生态构成严重威胁.由于大学生在学术诚信认知与行为上存在差异,基于改进福格行为模型,进一步探讨大学生学术不端行为背后的深层次动因,发现动机引发、能力促使、触发提示以及认知调整是学术不端行为形成的核心逻辑,而强化学术诚信教育、改进学业评价机制、建立学术诚信档案及追溯制度、建立联合监管机制形成治理合力等是治理大学生学术不端行为的有效方式.
Research on the Formation Mechanism and Governance Countermeasures of Graduate Academic Misconduct
Academic misconduct,as a long-term latent and difficult-to-tackle dishonest behavior,poses a severe threat to university students and the academic ecosystem.Due to variations in students'cognitive understanding and behavioral patterns regarding academic integrity,this study based on the modified Fogg Behavior Model,delves deeper into the underlying motivations behind academic misconduct among university students.It reveals that motivation,capability,triggers,and cognitive adjustment constitute the core logic of the formation of academic misconduct.Effective measures to address this issue include enhancing academic integrity education,improving the academic evaluation system,establishing academic integrity records and traceability systems,and fostering collaborative regulatory mechanisms to form a joint governance force.
