随着素质教育持续推进,我国涌现了一大批新时代的教学方式,并逐渐形成了混合式教学模式,相应地,对高校教师的要求也越来越高。思政课是能够影响学生精神品质的课程,其教学方式的变革更为显著,同时对教师的综合素养提出了更高要求。能否更好地适应新时代的教学方式,能否准确地把时代发展的新精神传递给学生,对高校思政课教师来说是一大挑战。
Research on the Ways to Improve the Effectiveness of Ideological and Political Courses in Colleges and Universities Under the Blended Teaching Model
With the continuous promotion of quality education in China,a large number of new teaching methods for the new era have emerged,gradually forming a blended teaching model.Correspondingly,the requirements for university teachers are becoming higher and higher.This is particularly true for ideological and political course teachers in universities,as the ideological and political course has the ability to influence students'spiritual qualities.In comparison,the changes in teaching methods will be even greater,and the requirements for teachers'comprehensive literacy will be even greater.Whether teachers can better adapt to the new teaching methods of the new era,or accurately convey the new spirit of development to students,it is a challenge for ideological and political course teachers in universities.
