Research Progress in Preparation of Black Masterbatch Colorants by Hydrothermal Carbonization of Biomass
The traditional industrial production method of black masterbatch colorant is to use synthetic hydrocarbons and natural gas as raw materials and produce them through pyrolysis,which has high pro-duction cost and energy consumption,and serious environmental pollution.The current situation of biomass hydrothermal carbonization to prepare black masterbatch colorants is introduced,which has lower energy consumption and no drying of raw materials than traditional pyrolysis technology.The influence of different hydrothermal carbonization conditions such as hydrothermal temperature,hydrothermal time,and raw ma-terial particle size on the preparation of black masterbatch colorant is discussed,which provides a certain reference for the high-value utilization of biomass and the low-cost preparation of black masterbatch colorant.
